    General Question - " 2 databases"

Due to a lot of reasons too many to list, I have 2 databases both identical in structure layout etc except the data.

Most of the fields contain different data but there are some that are always the same.

What i want to know is this if I change a field say "Lead Accountant" in 1 database (2013) can it change it in the 2nd Database (2014), but not the other way round (ie if i change in 2014 not to change in 2013

    Thanks

Neither database will affect the other.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

As I said, neither will affect the other - not without complex VBA code.
