    combo button for many fields

On a form containing info from many tables, how can I use a combo box or something to fill out other fields on the form with the info from the same row of a table. ie, I select the first name of a vendor and it will fill in address blocks, vendor id#, and our account #, in different fields in different locations on the same form.

Can you post a jpg of your tables and relationships?

What is the recordsource of the form? Go to Form Design; Properties, Data;Recordsource and copy the data and paste it in your post

Some advice --use a naming convention that does not allow embedded space and only uses alpha-numeric characters --NO SPECIAL CHARS like #$%^&*( etc.

see section 3 of this link

I have a vendor table with name, street,po box, city, state, zip, and account# in columns. I want to choose name on a form and have it fill in the rest from the table record.
