    Access Subreports

    Hello,
I have built an access report using multiple subreports

I have set it so that if there is no data in the subreport - the report shrinks and will not appear on the printed version.
However, even though the subreport is hidden, the sub reports below do not always shift up and therefore it looks like there is a lot of space from one report to the other.
is there a way to fix this so that when a subreport is hidden all reports below will shift up?

    Thanks in advance.

the CanShrink property will shrink to their design size as seen in design view - - so you want to minimize their profile in design view . beyond that there isn't much that can be done. sometimes in design view what appears to be overlapping does not view that way when in report/preview - so you maybe just need to tighten it up more than you think.....
