Tabs below Ribbon

This is probably a stupid question but does anyone know how to get back the tab view for forms? The tabs that show below the ribbon for my forms and datasheets. It seems that now they are popping up as window view. I turned off the pop up option in properties but its still not going back to tab view.

Click File > Options > Current Database > Document Window Options
