Wanting a polished form to input many users

I am new to MS Access 2013, I admit.

But thought I was purchasing a software package to input a database, but

looks like im supposed to be an experienced programmer! (is this true?)

Frustrated and need this completed in 2 weeks!

P.S. I like the Bug template I d/l, but keep getting multiple errors every
    time I edit/modify it???

I'd describe it as "you bought a package that will let you build an application, not an application". Sort of like if you bought Word, you bought a tool to create a letter, not an actual letter. I wouldn't say you're supposed to be an experienced programmer, but it certainly helps you build a polished application if you are.

If you found a template that's close to what you need, then modifying it is certainly easier. Make sure the bug template isn't in web format, which I think disables some design functionality, though don't quote me on that. I haven't worked with a web db.
