I was wondering i have the statement in the LessonType criteria box that says: [Type the LessonType:]
How would i define in this box if user does not enter a LessonType field value. Then it will select all the field values?

Figured it out. Answer if anyone wants to know: IIf([Type the LessonType:],[Type the LessonType:],[LessonType])
Return Value in Select Query based on criteria in another column of Query
Multi Select List Box selecting Query Criteria, Criteria come up with quotation marks
