    Self Populating Data

    Merry Monday guys!

I'm currently working on a new database base basic client information which has been going smoothly, I'm now looking to share SOME of the information in my 1st database to another database which will contain learner reference numbers. I'm struggling to link the information between the 2 as I want the new database to self-populate from the 1st.

If someone can point me in the write direction I would be most grateful, I'm currently using access 2010 and am attaching a screenshot to help explain the issue I'm having. Screenshot Access.doc

I feel as if I should make clear that the information that can be viewed in the screenshot is made up for test purposes and doesn't show any sensitive documentation.

Perhaps you just need to create a link in the 2nd db to the table in the 1st db. There is a wizard to do this.
If this helped, please click the star at the bottom left of this posting and add to my reputation . Many thanks.
