    Exclamation Labour/ Job Database

    Hi,

I am new to this so bare with me,

I work for a building company and we have an old fashioned labour sheet in excel which is pretty useless.

My idea is to make a database with all the operatives names on, which we can then assign them to specific jobs for specific amounts of time.

For example: Joe Blogs is assigned to Project A for 1 week 9th September to 13th September then he is assigned to Project B from 16th September to 20th September.

I can then view project A and it will display all the operatives working there and for what periods.

I can then also click on a specific operative and it will show me that he is working on Project A for the so and so week and Project B the next. Which will then show which operatives are available on what dates.

Hope this makes sense and someone can get me started on the right track.

Thanks in advance to any feedback.

    Regards

    Josh
