Query showing more than it should

I was hoping to display the number of bookings within the area only instead of giving me a total of 18 bookings - I'm getting additionals - and it only happens when I add the table areas.

This is table relationship in the query - I don't know why adding areas doesn't just show me the bookings for that area.

I've pinned it to it only ads the extra results when I add the junction, it's adding the bookings I have excluded in the query.
