    Unbelievable Day

My 2013 Office Pro started acting up on me this afternoon; all morning it was find. Now, I'm talking in ALL applications (Access, Excel, Word, Outlook) the ribbon bar (if that's what it's still called) became twice as large in length & width. Ok, uninstall & reinstall 2013 Office Pro. I can't reinstall 2013 Office Pro; Microsoft doesn't recognized my Product Key. Microsoft talks me into buying another Product Key & some other online support BS. After I download my new version of 2013 Office Pro the d*mn ribbon bar is the same. I feel like I'm crazy but I'm not; I know that the ribbon bar was smaller & more compact. Now I can't find how the h*ll to find out if I can get a refund; I'll go back to 2010

Strange behavior. I couldn't find any sites that would allow you to cause that behavior, so I'd check the accessibility features (like it decided you were nearly blind and wanted to increase the size for you.)

Alteration of Windows settings would seem to be reasonable cause if EVERYTHING was bigger, but just the ribbon in Office apps?!
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Any theoretically feasible guess is better than none. If office decided he was half blind, maybe it decided to make half the controls bigger.
