Hide used values in combo box

    Hello,

I work in theatrical automation. I have a database for each axis of moment and associated with each axis is a motor with a unique serial number. When I assign an axis a serial number, selected from Combo Box, how do I hide the used Serial Numbers so they do not show up in new records.

I have found the answer before in this forum but for the life of me i can't find it again. If someone can point me in the right direction that would be awesome.

    Thank you

    MrMims

The combobox RowSource must be a query that joins the serial number table with the axis table. Use criteria under the serial number foreign key field from axis table of Is Null.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
