My combo box on a subform won't show the full list of options, only the options that have been selected with previous records, I know i changed something and that's why it's doing this now, but i'm not sure what i did to make it do that. I'm using the vehicle maintenance template and i added an "Orders" section to it with tables: Orders, OrderDetails, and Products. I'm sure this is a basic error but i tried googling with no success on this specific problem.

Post the combobox RowSource sql statement. What is the table with the 'previous records'?
Or provide the db. Follow instructions at bottom of my post.
