Combo Box Search Will Not Auto Populate Form

I am running into a problem with a Search Combo Box that will populate the current form with the info from the record. I have this searching a query vice a table, for I made a unique ID in the query that is created once the form has the FY field and a FCP number filled in from other combo boxes in the form. I have uploaded a shell of the database for viewing and hoping to be pointed in the right direction. I did use this link to try and create the search box, but it is not populating the data from the search box. Searched many different ways and not having very good results. I am not opposed to doing this in VBA.

This is the link I used to create the search box that is not currently working:

Any help would be great. Thanks

    1. there is two FCP codes in FCP Requests that are not in the Fund Control Point List.

    2. the form DataEntry property is set to Yes. This means the form cannot display existing records and only allows entry of new records. Change the setting to No.

Because of 1 and the INNER JOIN of FCP Request query, only one record will display on the form and only one item is available in the combobox.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Thanks for the input. When I get back to the house after work, I will work your suggestions.
Also, I had deleted some of the FCP codes from the table to try and reduce the size (I forgot I could ZIP the file).

Shazam. Thanks so much. Making the Data Entry Property to No was the solution.
