That is not a good idea.

If a value changes then the saved Value becomes incorrect.

Just calculate the result as you need it.

What you ask for is not possible with your current database design.

You need to do some research on Normalization.

Use Google. It will hepl a lot.

Also I do not believe it is a good idea for you to store these calculate values.

Sorry I am not telling you what you wnat to hear but this is the truth.

    question

    Hi Rainlover,
Do have yahoo or hotmail or gmail we can chat to exchange our view more.
    i short what i want:
database for three projects ever project use it money.I mean I can not use money of project 1 for project 2:
    therefore I have
1-table call tblin to enter money per date and amount:
2-Second table when I pay some thing, that must enter project.let me say I buy car under project 3 therefore that must detected from project three therefore when I put money in tblin i need table accumulate all three project.
when I want to buy car under project three ,I will use out at same time i will select project three from out forms then I will detect that money from it ,it will directly minus from pro3 money at same time I must have warranting MSGBOX in case i cross my balance.
    my email is ssalih2000@yahoo.com
    Thanks
