Action buttons gain 50% in size to right and down. Video of problem included.

I'm having a bizarre issue with Access in creating an action button. I've documented it in the video here

Summary of problem: When I draw an action button, it resizes to just the size of the text, and gains 50% in size below and to the right of the resized button. I can not edit this extra space, but it appears in form view. If I resize the button, the extra space appears again the moment I scroll.

    System specs
Software: Windows 7, Office 365. All updated.
Hardware: 16 GB RAM, 2x Nvidia GTX 560ti graphics cards

I can't proceed with the lessons I'm taking until I resolve this issue, I'd very much appreciate any advice on how to fix this.

I tried your example in ac2010 and had the results I (and you) would expect. Maybe a reinstall?
