    Show all recordset in form/subform

I have a form that is set as single form and the subform is set to datasheet view. I want to show all records instead of just the last record that I created in the embedded Macro. No matter what I do I can't get all records to show. I like to have a new record on top with the rest of the records after.

Try removing the LinkChild/MasterFields values in the SubFormControl.

Thanks that worked. How do I get the new record to show on top versus scrolling down to the bottom of the table that can have many records. I tried Z to A on the ID but it still put it at the bottom.

Many developers create a separate SubForm set to DataEntry = YES and put it above the other one.
