Report: Display member of one room in one page

    Hi,

We want to make the report for the room wise list.
In our Access 2010 table, we have three columns:
First Name, Last Name and Room Number.

We want to display the room wise list. On one page, we want to display all the names of the people in that room.
Thus for each room we will have one page.

    FYI:
We have minimum 1 person in one room and maximum 10 persons in one room.

    Thank you in advance.

Use report Grouping & Sorting features. Access Help has guidelines on creating reports with grouping. Set a group header on the room number field. Set report to force page after each group.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
