Looking for some pointers

I have been messing around with access for about a month now and I relay like the program. I have made a couple of simple databases using random information around the house and office. But now I actual need to use it for a project that I am working on. I have most of the basics down but I seem to be missing a very critical piece in my database build. This is simple I know but how do I take the information from column b on table a and have the exact information show on colum b of table a in real time. So that when I enter information into table a it will show up in b with out me having to do anything aside from hitting refresh. Thanks.
