    Combo to text

    Hi
I have just started playing with access so please bear with me
I have access2007 Currently i have a tabbed form on one tab i have a combo box to select names.

On the following tab i have a text box which i want to display the selection made with the combo box.

At first i was just getting a number on reading related issues on this forum i tried =[CMB_salesman].[column](2) unfortunately that gave no result.

If anyone could assist I would appreciate it.

Which combobox column is the data in? Column index begins with 0. So if the data is in second column the index is 1.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
