Link subform with multiple fields

I am designing a pilot database. One of the forms is a subform which links the Pilot (master field) to the events that they have flown (child field). The pilot can be a Captain or Co-Captain for any given event. Right now my subform will only recognize those event where the Pilot was the Captain. Is there a way to tell it I want to also see the events where the Pilot was the Co-Captain??



I do see the "Link Child Fields" menu under the Data tab. I'm hoping it's an easy fix in their. Any help appreciated!!

I have tried to manipulate the "Link Master Fields" property, adding two lines, one for captain and one for co-captain. This seems to bring up only records where the pilot was the captain AND co-captain for an event. I'm looking to link them with an OR statement.
