Help with Super Easy Mail Merge PLEASE !!!

    Hello

I'm really new to this so please treat me gently and please be aware that my knowledge of the correct terminology may not be 100% accurate but I do hope that you will afford me some understanding because of that.

I’ve downloaded the Super Easy Mail Merge (http://www.kallal.ca/msaccess/msaccess.html - it's about half way down the page) and tried it using the sample form and all works fine; I particularly like this code as it allows a number of template letters to be stored and also it avoids opening up data sources and using memory.

I should also say at this time that I do not want to use a report at all; I absolutely want to use word and the mail merge as I need to press the "Mail Recipient" button in word to send it as an email.

The problems I have (well, I think they are problems !) are:

    a) my data source is a query ("MasterDataSource")
    b) I want to place the command button on a form; however, that form ("Reservations" - a list of customers bookings) is accessed via a command button on the Customers address form ("Customers")

I really have no idea what code to change or replace and with what. I do appreciate that you all know what you're talking about but if you anyone can show, by example, what I would need to do, I'd be really grateful.

    Can anyone help please ?

    Thanks
