You should review database design and understand the concepts of relational database before getting into Access.

I have suggested videos to others to familiarize them with the concepts involved.

For erd this is a great tutorial

These free video tutorials describe the processes of data modelling, normalization and entity relationship diagramming. There are other videos, but this group is by the same presenter and covers an example situation. The example relates Customers, Orders and Items.

I have imported all the sheets in access
Now I want 'Product ID wise Quantity Ordered'...I dont want to use the Pivot View.

Access refers to relational database. Excel refers to spreadsheet. These are quite different animals that serve different purposes.

The links I gave you focused on creating an ERD and normalizing data. I do not see an ERD to show a picture of what you are dealing with.
I don't see a write up of your business or the major subjects and processes involve.
I was expecting you to follow up with something more specific to ERD or even comments about the youtube courses.

I have no way to know exactly what you are trying to do.

Sheets and Pivot view are a long way down the road.

You may find this article on relational concepts very basic and fundamental to database (and Access).

If you want to attach a jpg of your tables and relationships, or your Access database, I'm sure others would like to see what you have created.
