Date ##### format is whack

I dont know why, something is wrong with my form, cant figure it out. If I tab to the field it shows correct date or use date picker.
Then if I tab out of field it shows ###### in the field???

You haven't left enough room in the field to display the date. Widen the field, and you will see the actual value instead of all the pound signs.
