Data collection emails, based on a form?

I am trying to send out data collection emails to fill in my records but it will only let me select fields from single access tables, I want to be able to get them to fill out all the fields as entered in my forms, which contain sub-forms and therefore links to multiple tables.

is there an easy way to do this, or have I just missed a trick?

    thanks

It is what it is, Collect Data pulls fields from table.

NOTE: Access 2013 eliminates Collect Data functionality.

Correction: Access 2013 enables processing data collection forms created in earlier versions of Access, just can't create new forms.
