Is there a way to change the size of the Print Preview window?


By default the reports open in a window that is approximately half the size of the printed item. I know I can then click to change 'fit' to some other size but the box does not expand accordingly. Ideally, I would like every report to open at about 75%, in a window which fits it.

Hi June7, thanks for the prompt reply.
Once again, it didn't provide a complete solution but it led to something that did.
I found that the DoCmd.MoveSize code was fine for locating the report window, but only affected its size when moving from design view to preview - no resizing effect when opening each report straight from the print preview button or double-clicking directly from the database primary window. However, on further exploration I did find a solution - resize each report as you prefer, make sure AutoResize in the properties window is set to 'No', then save the report. Thereafter it should reopen as you want it to.

PS I wanted to mark this solved, but despite reading https://www.accessforums.net/forum-s...lved-1828.html several times, I can't see the necessary options.

Thanks for the resolution. Interesting, I have reports set as AutoResize Yes and they open in PrintPreview sized just fine.
