    Access Form and Report Help

I am pretty new to access and am having some trouble. Say our employee john johnson has two degrees. I do not know how to add a second degree such as business to the table. From there I need to have that second degree show up under the mathematics degree in the report.

If you want to allow multiple degrees then need a table for multiple degree records. Isn't that what Education table is for?

Then report RecordSource would be a query that joins tables to make all related info available.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
