How to import data from a split database?

I have a database that I want to provide to one of my coworkers to help me entering data into the system. What can I do to give him just the forms so he doesnt make data entry or database structure mistakes?Can you recommend a tutorial on how to split a database and then import the data created by different users into a master data file?
