How do I recover or find a table that I accidentally hidden

Hello forum members, I am new to Microsoft Access 2010 and to this forum. I am still somewhat clueless on how to customize and use all of the features in Access. While experimenting, I right clicked on one of my tables and clicked on table properties. Afterwards, I filled in the "hidden" check box under attributes and my table disappears. Then, I close Access and I did not get a message asking if I wanted to save. Lastly, I reopen my file and my table is not showing up anymore. How do I recover my table? I can search for a possible solution, but I figured I should ask members in this forum first for helpful responses. How do I Also, what are some helpful shortcuts or any other helpful tips you can share with me that have helped you in Access 2010.

    Follow this sequence

File-->Options-->Current Database-->Navigation Options. Click on the box to show hidden tables. Once you get the table visible, go to the properties and unhide it. Go back to the navigation options and uncheck the box.

Thank you for your help. Your instructions were spot on, so I was able to recover my table very quickly. I had one more question, what are the benefits of hiding tables? To reduce clutter?

Personal preferences. However, it also keeps them out of view of curious users who should never ever see or employ tables directly.
