    how change Text field to Check box.

    Dear Sir,


    I have a customer Name field. I want to conver this field to check box in form.
    because I want to filter from Form to Query. I select Multiple Customers. Query Result me Multiple Customer.

    Can't really do that. You can have a separate field as yes/no field to use as filter criteria.
