Updating field problem, Usernames

Hello,


I have a form which brings in a Username of the user that is logged in by setting the default value as a function '=Username()' which is created by a variable.

This all works great but when i log in as another user to test it changes all the previous records from the first user. i have added a Save record button but this hasn't helped, any ideas?
