I need a report to display the top 10

I want to create a report that should count the number of yes, no, and NAs, for a number of questions and then show which are among the top 10.

for example a questionnaire that would have several people filling out the questionnaire. I want to create a report that will see which questions got the top ten yes, no, an na.

You mention Top 10, but Top 10 what.

It can't be Top 10 Yes because it is the same value. Yes = Yes. If it was Time we could finf the 10 Fastest or Slowest.

Ok, the questionnaire would have several people answering several questions with the answers yes, no , or na. I want to know how many yes for question 1, or how many no for question 6, or any or all of the questions. I want to know which questions got the top ten no, that would help us see a trend.
