Need help with database

Hey Guys.

My english is not the best, but i'll do my best.
On the job i've got asked if I could help adding a new box to our database.

The database is in danish, so it's not very easy to understand for you, but I will try to explain.



The database is used for all our cellphones in the firm, we got around 1600 phones.
The rules now says that we need to have a list on which employes have a workphone, and which have a work/private cellphone.
And for that we need to have added a new box, where it is possible to choose either Workphone or Work/privatephone. In danish it's called Arbejdstelefon - Arbejds/privattelefon

Can someone please help me to add this to the database?

My Danish is not very good but ill try to help.

First of all, i think you mean you need the box to appear in your report ? because i allready see a combobox that says "Arbejdstelefon - Arbejds/privattelefon" in one of your forms
And dude, i really, really hope that the data in your database is stuff that you made up. Because i see all sorts of privacy related information.

I took a quick glance at it again and i see no control source bound to the Arbejds/privattelefon combobox in the form Mobiltelefoner.
Right click that combobox and set the control source to the Arbejds/privattelefon in your Mobilbase table.

If the control is not bound to a table, it will not be visible the next time you open the record.

Now open your query Samlet_oversigt_mobil in design view and go to the next empty space you see (The one to the right of Lukket) and now select Arbejds/privattelefon from the drop-down list.
Save the query.

Open the report Mobiltelefoner and make a new field and place that in the report. Right click the field and set the control source for that field to Arbejds/privattelefon.

Save the report
