Help! Newby to access - recurring events

    Hi all,

I am helping to build a database for an equestrian centre that has lessons
    with tables of
    clients, lesson times , horses

looking for advice if possible in this scenario

client A - comes on a monday(date field) at 8pm(time field) and comes weekly "w" (frequency field), how can i once booking that lesson and putting w into the freq column make that all of his/her particular lesson details carry forward 7 days(until further notice), or 14 days for f fortnightly?

hope this makes sense to someone

That will require VBA code to write records to table. Instead of repeating the booking info, lessons table could have start date and end date fields for each booking.

Might check out template databases. Open Access and a selection of templates is offered.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
