Related Combo Boxes

Hello,



I have a form that has 10 different combo boxes. Each combo box has the same data in it. Is there a way to make it so the user has to select ten different items? In other words if the user selects item one in the first combo box can I remove item one from the other combo boxes?

What are the names of the combo boxes?

What is record source of the first combo box?
What type of data? would you give 10 examples?

Yeah Sure . The form has ten combo boxes named UnitOne...UnitTwo. The control source is the Unit field of tblTenants. The data type is simply an int. It is just the apartment number. The form is used to process utility bills that come out of order so the user can simply type in the Unit number then the text box next to it is for the bill amount. Let me know if that clarifies it enough .

Sounds like a design issue. Research Cascading combos and see if the concept applies.

Not the control source. What is the Row Source? (should be a query.. ie SELECT... FROM...)
