Importing Information from Website

Hello everyone im trying to figure out a way to import data from a joomla! website into an access table but i am having no luck finding a way to do this so i was wondering if anyone knew how to do this

yes i did and found nothing that helped me could someone give me help with this or reference me to a web page that could help?

I googled: import data from website to access
and got a number of hits.

Could be what you want to do is not easy or maybe impossible.

doesn't joomla use server databases? why don't you just use the import/export wizard given to you through your hosting provider and their accompanying CP interface!?

geez...is that not available?
