finding Access 2003 files in Access 2007

My wife is trying to access her Access 2003 files in Access 2007. She can find her files on the server, but all she can open is the cover page.
She has access to the server.Sorry about all the "access's".

Sorry about the "fine" which should be files.

Access 2007 can usually open 2003 files. Don't know why having issue. What is the 'cover page'. Do you want to provide project for analysis? Follow instructions at bottom of my post.
