my Query want return whats in the text box

I'm trying to run a query for reporting purposes and this is my dilma:

I have a formula in the actual text box in form and when I try to run a query for this text box it gives me blanks. -Also this text box is populated from a hidden text box.

-It's a formula to get a SLA- so I have an "Ordered Date" meaning what ever day it falls on I have in the hidden text box to # it(being just weekdays)- then from the hidden box I have the actual formula in the "SLA Date" text box in form that give's me the "SLA Date"- So when I run the query for "SLA Date", nothing????

    hope you can understand this...

You can't run a query on a Form.
Do you mean you are trying to run a query on a field in a 'Table'?

Perhaps you can explain with a little more detail.
