It is possible the form is corrupted. Can't even rename it. Create new form, copy/paste all the controls and code to the new form. Delete the old form. Rename the new form.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
