Make Table Query Issues

Hi

I am trying to create a make table query with 2 aims - 1 is to count the number of people referred to me in a certain month i.e. Jan, feb etc. i would also like to capture further the number of people referred to be by area in a certain month i.e. Sheffield.

I have attached an example DB. I am not great with Access and am not sure if this is even do-able.

You do not need make table query to do Counts.


Using Google research these terms and get some examples:
-SELECT query
-aggregate queries
-GROUP BY
