Making several forms for one table access table

I have created one table for 16 users and I want each user to have their own form to enter data in; but I only want each user to only see the data that they entered in their own form and i want all data from all users to show up in the table which I will only have access to. Can this be done or do I have to create a table and form for each user.

And what happens if there are 7 new users, and the 9 more....

I suggest you do some research on database design, normalization and multi user databases.
