I have a big problem and cannot find a solution for this. I really hope someone can help me with this. Attached there is an excel file. Columns A to E are always repeated; columns F to I are different depending on how many chains you have.

In a form - after you have chosen the country, month and year - there should be an overview of Days per month, Product, Chain (total no.), marketshare, No. of shops and total no. of shops. I already have the table in access which looks exactly like the excel sheet plus an ID.

How do I have to create the query (or the form maybe??) so that the columns A to E only occure ONCE? Unfortunately, I cannot change the structure of the excel file.

I have no idea so far and appreciate any help or hint very very much!!!
