    Form with Subreport Displaying Wrong

I created two tables that are linked. Then I created a form with both tables (the 2nd table is a subreport in the form). There are 17 unique clients in the 1st table and each client has about 20 records listed within the second table (subreport). I ran a query and somehow it messed up my form and now instead of 17 records each with 20 records in the subreport; it lists 204 records. See attachment. I don't know how to make it go back to 17 unique clients in with individual records listed within the second table (subreport).

Running a query will not mess up a form, however if you changed the form's record source to a query that contains more than the table on which the form was orginally based that could mess up your form and subform.

So, what is the record source of the form as shown in the form's record source property? What is the record source of the subform as shown in the subform's record source?

You were absolutely right...my record source had somehow been changed to a query instead of my table. Thanks for your help!!
