How to create a sublist?

Please, have a look on the attached screenshot

1. The “communities” table has three fields: Community, Classification and Subclassification.

2. The classification field takes two values: Municipality and village council.

3. Now, the values in the subclassification field are dependent on the values of the classification field.

4. For example, if the “Municipality” is chosen for the classification, then the subclassification can take only (Municipality A, Municipality B, Municipality C and and Municipality D)

5. While if the “village council” value is chosen then the subclassification field can take only (Village council A, Village council B, Village council C and Village council D)

How can I construct such relationship?
