Help linking Table and Print report separate

    Dear Guys

I am new to access and programming . I want to know how to do this in Access 2007 . I have table which contain thousand customer names with field ( Customer_id, Pasport_id, name, address, bank_Id ) and Bank Table ( bank_id, Bank name). Bank table is link with customer table.
In my office i have to make a report per bank which contain 10 ( ten ) names sort by Pasport_id . Problem is i have customer_id , but Pasport_id i got when customer come and give their Pasport number.so it is need another field , autonumber type for sequensial printing.

So first i have to find their bank and when i found it , i input pasport _id . The list that have Pasport id will be printed per bank .
How to do it ? Any Help please , please in detail how to do it

    Regards

Not clear what your requirements are.

You want only 10 names per bank?

You have Customer_id, Pasport_id, name to sort with, so why do you need to use autonumber field for sequential printing?

What do you mean by 'find their bank id and when i found it , i input pasport _id.' Do you need to do data entry before producing report?

Seem to be two processes involved:

    1. Entering passport ID

    2. Producing report

Can you give a more thorough description of the problems you are having? Data entry should be simple. Your report requirements are confusing.
