history (audit) of a single field in a subform

Hello guys.
I'm having trouble making a history (audit) of a single field in a subform. I used some models on the internet that work fine with a history of a form or subform, I tried to adapt to a single field but did not work. Does anyone have any tips for making a history (audit) of a
single field in a subform.

Rural, Thanks for responding. I managed to make a model of the site you showed me.
I need help with a sql inner join three tables, where all these fields are equal.
