    Creating a checkbox form

    Hello All ..

I took a course in Access back in 1997 and rocked it! My employer wants me to create, in Access, a form that kinda looks like this:

    http://www.roadstershop.com/products...p-axle-chassis

He would like me to create a "base" of our product and all the possible "upgrades" throughout, calculating as it goes.

This 2010 version of Access has me completely baffled and I do not even have the slightest clue as to which form to use to begin with.

Any/all help would be extremely appreciated!!!

    Much thanks,

    Patti

Start on paper - design your tables. Make a list of all the data you will need to store in the database and then put them into a normalized table structure. Leave the rest til after that has been done.

Do you only have one product? Are there going to be customers? If the answers are Yes and No then this could be just one straight table - although why you would use Access is in question!
