Would be an ARRAY statement in SAS.

OK, new forum member here. I have a table of data (see attached), which I need to re-arrange. It lists part numbers and the corresponding data, but it has duplicate part numbers. I need a singular part number and all corresponding data one line. I can do this in my programming (SAS), however I am constructing an Access Database as a backup to do it within Access in lew of my absence. See the attached txt file, it explains it. Thanks...

That output format is NOT typical of Access or any database. It is similar to Excel or spreadsheet.

Forgive me, I used the text file only as a means of attaching a file here, I don't need it in txt format, more concerned with the arrangement of data. What your saying is there is not a way, within access, to arrange the table data, via query, (or other method), to get the data on one line, by part number? If that's the case I will drop access and stick with SAS via a cron so it will run at a specific time/date. Thanks for your assistance...
