Thumbs down Subreport Truncating in 2010

I have created a report in Access 2007 with several nested subreports that runs just fine in Access 2007. However, when a user opens the database with Access 2010 and runs the report, the 2nd level subreport truncates after about 8 records instead of showing all 27. I opened the subreport directly and the underlying query and verified that all 27 records are presented in both and all 27 records have valid entires in the field that links it to the parent.

I have run this on two different computers with 2010 and get the same problem on both computers.

Does anyone know what is going on here and what I can do to get teh report to run correctly both in Access 2007 and 2010.

well one must sanity check things; report generation is also dependent on print drivers so it can be tricky....

generally one would think that there is missing the 'CanGrow' property of the subreport or its section. I would enable that and also just for testing purposes also enable the scroll bar too...

recently I found in 07 a form/report that had everything in the header, nothing in the detail - - and so the vertical scroll bar wouldn't appear - - until I moved data to the detail section. I've been doing Access design for along time and just discovered that little twist - - so experiment with maybe the section that the data appears too.

will be interested to know what you find.

Truncated Access 2007 subreport when run on Access 2010

Thanks for the reply, NTC; however, the Can Grow (and Can Shrink) properties had already been set to "Yes" and the subreport and its linked parent Control are positioned in the "Details" section.
