    Access 2010 Report

I have two questions. I built an access report that is grouped by account officer name. I need to create a drop down box with all of the officer names so when one is picked you only see that persons information. Any idea how I would do that?

I was also wondering if it is possible to do an email bust for an access report?

I got the report to go by employee name. Is there a way I can add an option to view all employees for management?

I figured out how to get it to sort by employee. A manager may need to see everyone. Can we add a view all feature?
