    Unhappy If and Then?

    Hi,

My tblGrades has a field called InterDept. On the form, if the user check the box for "On Site" a "-1" will be on InterDept field and if the box is blank "0" will be on the field.

My problem is on how I can change the "1" and "0" on the form for InterDept field and be:

"On Site" if it is for "1"
"Off Site" if it is for "0"

    Thanks,
    netchie

Easiest solution is to have label that says 'On Site' then show Yes or No in the box. The Yes/No is a Format property option.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
